Dr. Azlan initiates collaboration with Aeronerve Sdn BhD, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) and University Tun Hussein Onn (UTHM) on developing an early warning system for mitigating the flood in the upstream of Kelantan river basin near to Kota Bharu by using UAVS (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) tehcniques
